All soft fruits (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, cranberry, blackberry, gooseberry, and currants) have beneficial health properties which should encourage you to make them part of your 5-a-day diet.

What is considered to be “one portion”


• Strawberries: 7 berries
• Raspberries: 2 handfuls
• Blueberries: 2 handfuls (4 heaped tablespoons)
• Gooseberries: 1 handful
