Supplier Extranet
Our supplier extranet provides a centralised online system to our growers and suppliers. All order processing, printing of load plans, pallet labels and dispatch notes, is managed through this system. There is also an online label facility that allows one to check that the information on the labels is always consistent with the customers’ requirements. The supplier extranet is fully integrated with our back office systems. It has enabled us to streamline our supply chain processes and it gives our growers and suppliers an efficient tool to manage orders and deliveries. Suppliers will need a computer with internet access and a laser printer to utilise this facility. We provide you with the training you need and a comprehensive manual. In addition to this, we have 7-days-a-week support to help you with any issues you may have. |
